As we enter the outcome era, we need to change how we run our agencies. Outcomes should not be an added burden, but rather they should be integrated into all aspects of your organization. We have spent three years traveling across Canada educating leaders as to the importance of understanding how outcome measuring can have a very positive impact on agencies, clients and funders.

About the Founder

Workshop Leader, Brenda Northey, MBA, has over 15 years experience in the social service sector. Ms. Northey was the founder and Executive Director of Beatrice House, an innovative multi-service agency for homeless, single mothers and their children. She has also been a fundraiser for United Ways
and other agencies. She has pioneered the development of an outcomes-based management system and assists all types of non-profit and charitable agencies in implementing programs to improve organizational
performance. She also acts as a consultant, helping
managers with both strategic and operational issues.
Each year, she offers a series of workshops across Canada
that are designed to help Executive Directors, Directors
and Managers build and strengthen their management and
leadership skills.
