Why Donations Management is Best Equipped to Help You
Donations Management is an arm of Integrated Outcomes, a company founded and headed by Brenda Northey, MBA. She has over twenty years of experience in the not-for-profit sector— as a manager, coach, consultant and teacher. Her understanding of charities will instill a greater confidence that your giving will be valued and managed with accountability.
Brenda Northey’s experience includes:
- Creating donations plans to match strategic direction for such companies as EDS Canada, Kodak and the former North American Life;
- Founding and running for five years the first integrated multi-service organization for homeless mothers and their children. Called “Beatrice House,” it achieved the highest client success rate and the lowest client per diem rate of all government supported agencies. In a full-page article, the Toronto Star called the founder a “social entrepreneur.”
- Designing the first management system for non-profit managers
that integrated outcome measures. For nine years she
has delivered workshops across Canada to leaders
in social service, health and cultural agencies. - Teaching marketing and general business courses
for over five years as a part-time professor at
Seneca College in Toronto.
Early in her career, she was a fund-raiser for the
United Way in Vancouver and Toronto. She also
organized special events, including initiating several
successful ice skating shows, with
proceeds to charity.
